nplaw (Norfolk Public Law) is a shared legal service, hosted by Norfolk County Council, providing advice and representation to a wide range of local authorities and public bodies across England and Wales. You will be part of a team providing legal advice and support on property matters ensuring that stakeholders and clients expectations are met.
You should be qualified to Level 3 of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CiLEx), be working towards this qualification, or have relevant experience of property law and have an understanding of the legal procedures, resources and systems to undertake straightforward property transactions and casework, with support from Solicitors as required.
Those with the LPC qualification could have the opportunity to transfer to a training contract after a suitable period.
