The National Farmers’ Union represents the interests of farmers and growers across England and Wales. As a Specialist Adviser, you will provide high quality legal, technical or policy related advice in response to member queries principally via the telephone. You will need to be able to use your initiative to confidently address problems, offering effective and appropriate solutions and advice. Your normal hours of work will be 35 hours per week working on a rotating shift pattern of 8am-4pm and 10am-6pm, Monday to Friday. We are looking for a full time experienced conveyancer to join our busy Plot Sales department. The candidate will have experience in handling a high level of conveyancing files/transactions with minimal supervision. Plot sales, part exchange and site set up experience is preferred but we will consider experienced conveyancers. You must have strong communication and organisational skills, be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. The successful candidate must be a good team player but able to work on their own initiative, producing high quality work and showing excellent client care skills.
